Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Maladers is the sunniest village in Grisons… Discover the Hochwang ski resort, which is 20 minutes away from the house, and enjoy the winter landscape there without stress. By the way, it is the perfect local mountain for ski tours for experienced as well as beginners. Hochwang is also a hotspot for snowkiting. In 30 minutes, you can be in the Arosa ski resort or in the Lenzerheide ski resort, which are connected with 225 km of slopes! Mountain summer: hiking and biking. Downhill hotspot Chur or Lenzerheide.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

This luxurious mountain chalet is unique in the Engadin and in Graubünden. The Chasa Flöna is located above Scuol, in an isolated setting and directly on the valley descent from the Motta Naluns ski area in Scuol. You enjoy the exquisite views and the unique location with views into the valley and the Lower Engadin Dolomites. A house that has no equal in the Engadin! Set off directly from the Maiensäss for hikes with views of the National Park, bike tours or head out directly on skis or sledge.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Swiss chalet near Flims

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is also a garden where you can request to use to BBQ and enjoy the sun. Parking is available in the nearby carpark.

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.

The Masun: holiday house in the alps

The chalet is located in a small village in the alps, sorrounded by lawns and woods. You can't miss this place and its beautiful panorama. My place is perfect for families and couples who would like to relax, walk into the woods and hike. Exclusive and quiet location to discover a real and clean contact with nature without giving up comfort. There will be a gift for you: organic products made by our farm Azienda Agricola Agneda, the best way to experience Valtellina's flavors.

If you love mountains, halfway between Bormio and Livigno, you can find the quiet, the peace and the comfort you are looking for hosted in a refined and recently renovated chalet, surrounded by the nature and with a beautiful view of the magnificent "Cima Piazzi". Even it's located outside the town, the chalet, at the same time, it's a few steps away from basic necessities. It represents an ideal point of departure for excursions on foot or by bicycle.
