The washhouse is located on the Schacherbauer farm overlooking the orchard. It is minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished, with shower, toilet, large comfortable sofa bed, ample storage space and a large terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used at an additional cost. (up to 6-8 people) On the farm there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open on Friday afternoon. We rent the annex on our farm. We live here with our two children and have mini pigs, sheep, chickens and cats. On our Aeral, there is a beautiful creek where you can take great creek hikes through the forest. There is a swimming lake about 600 meters away. Altötting is 5 minutes away, Munich is 45 minutes away and the mountains are about 1 hour away by car.

The cabin with the view of the mountains is located in our beautiful Rupertiwinkel on our adventure farm, right on the edge of the forest. Due to the south-facing location, you have sunshine in our alpine hut all day. The alpine hut was built from an approx. 250-year-old "Droadkasten," an old granary from our area.
