This is a 158-year-old apartment in the historical Urgliavich Building with the closest and widest view of Galata Tower. The building was renovated in 2012 and today it is redecorated. This suite has a private kitchenette and a private bathroom with jacuzzi. There is 24 hours door man and once every 2 days cleaning service. The complex has private Turkish bath, sauna and fitness room. The turkish bath and sauna is private and need to be booked upon arrival for free entrance. There is a shared sea view roof terrace. Sultanahmet Sunny Apartment 2 with sea view

It is a sunny apartment in a great location. Few steps to Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet Hippodrome square. Renting since Spring 2014. Has two bedrooms, one living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is on the 3rd floor. No elevator. Not recommended for guests with health and/or mobility issues. Not recommended for travellers with a lot of heavy luggage or a lot of equipment such as strollers, etc. All rooms including the living room have air conditioner.

My flat is just next to the Galata Tower which is one of the most famous historical landmarks of Istanbul. It is in the intersection of local and other touristic areas! 1 minutes walk (galata bridge, beyoglu, istiklal street, spice market etc). also 4 minutes away from metro, tram and bus stations where you can also hail a cap. There are many boutique cafes around. A professional cleaning is made before each booking.
