The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. The cottage on the outskirts of a quiet cottage village, close to swimming and camping by the sea. Surrounded by beautiful nature by the sea, where you can follow the boat traffic on the horizon around Blå Jungfrun, or walk freely in nature or on trails. There is a small shop, restaurant and swimming area with leisure activities at the campsite on the other side of the bay, grocery store is in Kristineberg C, 2 km away. Leave the car safely at the cottage, walk to the boat to Öland, Gotland, archipelago tour or Blå Jungfrun 20-minute walk.

Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free!
