This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

It has 2 terraces that between the 2 add up to 10m2, in addition to the community pool with garden area and the fenced land.

One of the greatest charms of this apartment is the terrace, with its magnificent views of the Montgrí mountains.
