This cozy apartment is in a Swabian style. Two people also with a child(2) will find everything necessary for a break in little space (also 3 adults).+1K). There is a fully equipped kitchenette. The guest can adjust the heating himself. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, of course warm water, washing machine, view of the countryside. In addition to the pull-out bed couch (160x200) downstairs, there is another bed (100x200) on the gallery as well as a cot (70 x 160).

The granny apartment offers relaxation and recreation in a quiet location. Hiking and cycling tours are available. The Fugger city of Augsburg (26 km), Nördlingen (36 km) and Donauwörth (20 km) are easily accessible by car (B2) and train. The apartment has a separate sleeping area with double bed, a new fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher...), Living area with sofa bed and TV, a new bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Not far from the Romantic street, you will stay with us very quietly on a former farm on the outskirts. The newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor with access to a large terrace and garden. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a workspace, a living area with cozy couch (sleeping function), a large Dining table, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. In the adjacent large orchard there is a party hut with a campfire ring.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for families and small groups, but less so for children because of the stairs. With the sofa bed, there would even be 2 additional sleeping places available, but the dining area is too small for that. The city center and bus stops are 10 minutes walking distance. Wertingen is located in the middle of Augsburg (35 km), Dillingen (16 km), Donauwörth (22 km), Günzburg (35 km) and Nördlingen (40 km)

My place is in a quiet residential area in the Hammerschmiede. Augsburg city center (Rathausplatz) is about 4.5 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. Many family-friendly activities are offered (zoo, Augsburg doll box, etc.). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.
