We have 1 kayak for 2 people and 6 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are 2 beaches, some restaurants and traditional tavernas, mini-markets, bars.

Each Superior Suite is about 60 m2 with a private patio of around 45 m2. Our Superior Suites can easily host 4 adults with children. They contain two bedrooms with king size beds, 2 separate bathrooms, as well as a crib upon request. The bedroom leads to a luxurious bathroom. From the living room, one has access to our work-from-anywhere station but also to a fully equipped kitchen.

The XIGIA DELUXE VILLA is located next to the sea, it is fully equipped with a sea view from the veranda, a large courtyard with a mountain view to enjoy the sun on the sun loungers, to barbecue, to relax under the trees or to hike in nature.
