The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, and it's very close to everything, in an area with two large parks for children, supermarkets, fashion stores, cider houses and local restaurants. There's a health center very close by, about 500 meters away, and also several pharmacies. We have natural gas heating and plenty of very hot water. There are radiators in all the rooms of the house, and also in the bathroom. We also have a washing machine and clothesline (free) and a fully equipped kitchen.
