Small, cosy room for one person who is looking for a calm, spacious, family Apartment in the centre of el prat. We have our own large balcony where you can relax and have nice meals. As the flat isn't on the main road it is quiet during the day and evenings, great to relax and listen to the sounds of the birds. We also have 2 curious cats incase anyone has allergies to please bear in mind. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, gym and public transport. 15 - 30 minute train ride to centre

Alquilo una habitación individual soleada con vistas a un parque. Es un piso compartido conmigo y otra hab. doble. Pros: Piso limpio y tranquilo, muy bien comunicado: metro L9. L5 y L1; Tram y autobuses. A 5 minutos andando del Camp Nou. La habitación tiene escritorio, estanterias, armario y una cama nueva. Hay un AC en el comedor que da servicio a todas las habitaciones. Contras: El único posible es que es un 4º piso sin ascensor. Bienvenidos y haced las preguntas que querais.

Lugares de interés: La habitácion está a 30 min. caminando del Camp Nou y 40 min. de Montjüic. Solo 10 min. hasta Plaza Espanya en bus. Centro Comercial Gran Via 2 a 500m de distancia,el Europa Fira esta a 15 minutos caminando, mercados ,farmacia y bares . Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a la ubicación, el ambiente, la proximidad de los transportes públicos (solamente 400m hasta el metro y 200m paradas de autobus. Mi alojamiento es bueno para aventureros, negocios y estudiantes.

Situado a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro y 10 minutos de la estación de tren, en 30 minutos estás al centro de Barcelona en Tren, muy bien comunicado, será un placer alojarte En 3 paradas de metro tienes el aeropuerto y en 5 paradas de metro la Fira de Barcelona, (10 - 15 min aprox)
