This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.

The "Llevantada" is a house located in the center of Poblenou del Delta, about fifty meters from the church square. The house was built in 1956 and is a farmhoue construction intended for agricultural use. The house has been renovated maintaining part of the original image and essence. The area of the property is 330sqm.<br><br>The property occupies 60m² on the ground floor and 60m² on the first floor, with an terrace of 16m².
