It allows you to disconnect and enjoy peace of mind It is recommended to leave the car at the meeting point 5 minutes walk, since due to the characteristics of the island, the last meters are very steep It is a space designed to rest and spend a few days in isolation, reading, hiking, and enjoying the tranquility that the Florida area gives you. The farm is planted with fruit trees and vineyards.Only the sound of birds singing is heard. The house has everything you need inside and with an exterior to sunbathe or enjoy a barbecue. There is private parking inside and is accessed via a steep path. Very quiet area The farm has two buildings joined by a garden. The first construction is a large kitchen with everything you need and a terrace with barbecue. The other construction is a comfortable house with one bedroom, with double bed, a bathroom and a living room that has a double sofa bed and a dining area where there is a small Office very well equipped with microwave, glass, sink, crockery and everything you need, etc.. The property is about 1000 square meters and is at the complete disposal of the guest. Guests can contact us 24 hours a day. We advise and help in everything that is necessary. At 500 meters above the sea, the neighborhood of La Florida is a beautiful rural area, starting point of numerous trails of the municipality of Icod de los Vinos, famous for its millennial Drago. Worthy of visiting, its historic center is well of cultural interest. It is necessary to move by car. There is a bus service, but it passes 4 times a day. Icod is known as the City of the Dragon, for hosting the famous millennial Dragon of Icod de los Vinos, one of the most emblematic symbols of the island of Tenerife. The old town of the city has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest due to its historical importance and that also hosts a commercial area, complementary to those existing on the Baja Island. I am an ancient finca rústica in a new guise and live at 550 meters above sea level in Icod de los Vinos in the green north of the island. Behind me I see the majestic Teide volcano, in front of me lies the wide Atlantic. You have to experience living here.
