Welcome to ExoikCity2, an apartment designed with a cozy, luxurious and unique atmosphere, where care has been taken down to the last detail, with the guest's rest, warmth and comfort in mind. The apartment has a designer kitchen integrated into the living room with washing machine/dryer, microwave, refrigerator, vitro and all the necessary equipment to cook your best dishes. On the other hand, we find the living room with ethnic-style furniture, Smart TV, Italian-style sofa bed with memory foam mattress (140 cm wide), surrounded by mirrors and decorative motifs made of natural fibers, creating a unique environment for toasting and celebrating special moments as a couple. Next to it we have the bedroom decorated with a large headboard carved in wood hanging between two lamps made in wicker suspended from the ceiling and all this on textured wallpaper giving a unique warmth to the room. To them is added the bed (150cm) of maximum comfort where you can enjoy a more than deserved rest. Not to mention last the designer bathroom that has all the necessary amenities for the stay (hair dryer, gel, shampoo, towels, etc.). Bold aspects: We have high speed WI-FI. Central Air Conditioning Fried/Heat. Linens and towels included. Smoking is completely prohibited inside the apartment. The celebration of parties and events within the house is prohibited. For stays longer than 7 days, an extra cleaning may be carried out upon request and additional cost. Accommodation with pets is not allowed.
