It has two double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom that have been recently renovated. It has Wi-Fi, Smart TV (Netflix, HBO...), air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Capacity for 1 to 4 people.

The house has two bedrooms, a living room, a storage room with washing machine and dryer (Bosch) and top quality fully equipped kitchen . There is also a terrace with sun beds and a barbecue to enjoy with friends or family. The common areas in the complex consist of a swimming pool and a jacuzzi and is open all year round. There is a private parking space in the underground garage. Airport shuttle available on request.

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Aprovecha al máximo tus vacaciones en un ambiente agradable y relajado. El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila cerca de la playa y el centro de Puerto Rico y cuenta con una pequeña piscina. Se accede por escaleras, por lo que no se recomienda para personas con movilidad reducida. La playa de Puerto Rico, su centro comercial y Mogán Mall están a 10´y 2´ minutos a pie. Guagua directa desde el aeropuerto hasta la terminal de Puerto Rico y desde allí 5´en taxi.
