Take the whole family with you to our lovingly designed house with its own cactus garden. The house has been completely renovated and furnished, the garden has been redesigned. Spacious rooms, fabulous views of the mountains and the sea (reachable by foot in a few minutes). Enjoy the sun of Fuerteventura on two large terraces. Las Playitas is the ideal starting point for many activities: swimming, surfing, hiking, cycling, golf,... everything right outside the front door within walking distance.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The house consists of a living-dining room with air conditioning, sofa and fully equipped kitchen, both for short and long stays, a bedroom with pillows and a quality mattress, and a sunny terrace with beautiful views.

The 2003 bus is now a classic but technically and visually in a good Zustand.Herd/Spüle/Frischwasser (approx. 30 l) /refrigerator/air conditioning/ rotating seats (2x) /table/ sunroof (2 sleeping places) / awning/solar system/external shower (8 l.) etc. The seat can be pushed out to a bed and 2 adults can sleep on it. Upstairs in the hub roof is a bed in which an adult or 2 children could sleep.(Bedding/towels/dishes/table, chairs are available
