Situated in the heart of the town Gran Tarajal, you will find this bright apartment with spectacular ocean and beach views. The apartment has two bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate four people. The living room is very spacious, with a 55inch SmartTv and a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, washing machine and drier. Enjoy the spectacular ocean views from the main windows of the room and catch a memorable sunset directly from the comfort of the sofa. The apartment design is a modern one, so that your stay at Casa Playa Chica can be an unforgatable experience. * On Fridays and Saturdays, until October 2026, there may be increased nighttime activity in the surrounding area due to the proximity of a leisure venue that is independent from the accommodation.

Ugh... a second floor and with a suitcase. No worries. You go up. You hope it's worth it. You get upstairs, you open the door. On the right, bedrooms and bathroom. On the left, a living room with an open kitchen. You keep moving forward. Two windows. You get closer. You look. Wow! It was worth every step. You go out to the balcony, you look at the sea, you breathe deeply. Your vacation begins.

Take the whole family with you to our lovingly designed house with its own cactus garden. The house has been completely renovated and furnished, the garden has been redesigned. Spacious rooms, fabulous views of the mountains and the sea (reachable by foot in a few minutes). Enjoy the sun of Fuerteventura on two large terraces. Las Playitas is the ideal starting point for many activities: swimming, surfing, hiking, cycling, golf,... everything right outside the front door within walking distance.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

Nice cabin, small but very cozy, entirely made of wood. It is 1.5 km from downtown Gran Tarajal and 3.5 km from Las Playitas; quiet fishing villages, with incredible black beaches, off the beaten tourist route. Bus stop and bike path very close. Super, restaurants, pharmacies and health center nearby. Ideal location to visit the entire island, both north and south. Places of interest: La Entallada Lighthouse, Sotavento Beach, volcano routes and trails.
