Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

A very special house, due to its location, design and decoration. Located in the town of Las Negras, a 10-minute walk from the town and the beach. It borders the natural park in a totally quiet enclave where you can enjoy wonderful starry skies. The pool and outdoor seating area are totally private and face the Natural Park. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a movie projector, sports equipment, an outdoor kitchen, 2 fireplaces, etc.

Located 1 minute away from the beach on foot. Has private parking. It is located near the bus stop, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and close to the Vera water park and close to natural environments.

The best thing about this apartment is the 180-degree ocean view from the apartment. You can have breakfast overlooking the ocean and you can hear the waves while you sleep. We have recently installed electric awnings, if you leave the house and the wind rises, it will automatically retract.
