It has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a half bath, and large common areas. It is located on a 6,000-m² (1.5-acre) property. Outside, it features a large Manchego-style patio with a BBQ and a wooded garden with a swimming pool. An ideal place to rest.

A stately and cozy country house to enjoy the silence, located in Riópar Viejo, with wonderful views of the entire valley, from the peak of the Almenara to the Calar del Mundo. Ideal for spending a few wonderful days of peace and quiet, strolling through the natural landscapes of the area, the source of the Mundo River, Almenara, Pino del Toril, Padroncillo, etc. The Balcón de Riópar Viejo consists of two independent but adjoining houses, so groups of 12 guests could be accommodated.

The jacuzzi is only plugged in during the summer months from June to August, since it is outdoors and does not heat the water. The house is prepared for eight people. If the rules are not met, I will be forced to communicate it to the platform, since I am having very bad experiences lately with more than 30 people entering the house and they are destroying it. The house is not for that kind of parties. For each person that enters without informing me, it would be €100 more

The reservation is for all the spaces, it is just for you. There are no other accommodations or activities. The "Vitis Natura" estate was a small family winery where they make wines from the vineyards surrounding the main building. The Posada de Vitis is located in an incomparable setting of the Manchuela Conquense (south of Cuenca), surrounded by vineyards and small pine forests with native holm oaks that characterize these places.
