It is a loft house for the complete and exclusive use of guests, very close to the beach (10 seconds away). Located in one of the best residential areas of Almería, the environment is surrounded by houses with gardens and common green areas. A few meters away there is a mini-market and it is connected to the promenade from where the sunrise and sunsets in the afternoon are especially pleasant. On windy days it is a perfect area for surfing sports.
