The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (heated in winter), wood-fired sauna on the dock, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxurious spa weekend or a creative meeting with colleagues at the company.

Welcome to enjoy this carefully renovated house from the turn of the century with a fully-equipped kitchen, shower & toilet. Read a book in the hammock and enjoy all the flowers and plants in the garden. Take a short walk to Lake Mälaren for a swim before you start the barbecue on the balcony and enjoy the evening sun that goes down over the meadow. In addition, there is a lovely jacuzzi that you can relax in and enjoy. From the guest house and hot tub you can look out over Sundsörsviken, Mälaren. Here it is close to nature and swimming regardless of the season. Child-friendly beach in the lake is within walking distance. There are nice walkways directly from the farm.

The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry.
