So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Welcome to Liljestugan in central Sunne. Fresh, smoke-free and pet-free cabin. The house is built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Fresh missing linens and towels are included during the stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap and laundry detergent as well as cleaning products. The cottage has a wooden deck facing south with dining furniture and barbecue. Grass areas for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne summerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

Spacious holiday home with lake property. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. AC is available for hot days.

The cabin is located 10 minutes from downtown Torsby, where you can find everything you need in terms of food and activities. Some nearby attractions are: • Hovfjället with ski resort and snowmobiles. • Torsby ski tunnel with cross-country skiing all year round. •Mormors Ice Cream Café with incredibly delicious ice cream! • Fish in Lake Fryken or other nearby lakes. • Beautiful Swedish nature all around, hiking, Tossebergsklätten.

Less than an hour to ski resorts. 10 minutes to grocery stores, pizzerias, shopping, ski slopes, ski and bike trails, etc. Nice hiking and fishing opportunities in the nearby area. Approximately 3 km to the nearest lake, 500 m to Klarälven (swimming area). Minimum stay 2 nights, possibility to rent weekly or longer by agreement.

A private drinking water well as well as exclusive fishing rights are, of course, included.

This is a cosy stuga without electricity and no running water built in the traditional way. There is a woodstove to heat or prepare meals as well as a 2 ring gascooker. A sleeping loft with two single matreses who can be put together. There is a outside toilet on the premises as well as a Finnish wood heated sauna . You will have to bring your own wood for the cabin and the sauna and your own towels for the sauna.

About 300 metres from the beach and 2 km from restaurants, groceries store, railway station and gas station. In the cabin you'll find a cosy stove, shower and a small kitchen.
