"The Upper Room" - peaceful place near the city

Newly renovated apartment of 65 sqm with space for up to 6 people. There is a comfortable 160 bed and sofa bed, as well as the addition of 2 additional 80 beds based on requests. Lush outdoor environment and rural Scandinavian decor with wooden panel from floor to ceiling. Peaceful color scheme with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Walking distance to forest, 10-15 min by car to town, 7 min to lake, golf course and gym. In the garden there is a patio, trampolines, cable carriageway, football field, berry and fruit trees.

Nice apartment, located next to Örebro's central sports facilities, 10 minutes walk to the city center. 2.5 km to the university. Free parking on the plot. Rent the entire apartment (90 sqm). 3 bedrooms, 2 with single beds, one with double bed. Living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is 1 flight of stairs, no elevator. The house is a two-family house, the host couple, Jan and Eva, live on the ground floor. We are flexible - just let us know your requests.

Welcome to our cozy 100 sqm villa, perfect for a relaxing vacation in the countryside! The house features three comfortable bedrooms, a fresh bathroom, and an open floor plan. Just a 10-minute walk from the house, you'll find a beautiful lake and for those who love outdoor activities, Svansjön and Närkes Kil are nearby. In the winter, you can enjoy skiing in Garphyttan, which is close by. Despite the peaceful location, it's only a short 10-minute drive to the center of Örebro.

A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. Welcome to the tranquility of Ullavi which is perfectly located for MTB, hiking, climbing, bird watching or berry picking, right at the foot of Kilsbergen. The apartment is small and practical has shower and toilet, simply equipped kitchen cabinet (not for frying), sofa bed (140cm) single bed, kitchen table with chairs, microwave and electric kettle. Outside, there is a patio with outdoor furniture, washing facilities for bike and muddy shoes, drying line.

Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft. Large bathroom with sauna. 28 sqm with bathroom and loft. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

The pool is open and heated June-August. Pool and gym are shared with us living in the house. 2 minutes walk to busstop with close connections to Örebro City and Marieberg Shopping Centre. Walking distance to pizzeria and the Golf Club.
