Balcony with seating. Great view. Very central location with 4 bus lines outside. Main Bus hub 1 stop away. Main train station (Oslo S) 2 stops away. Free garage (must be booked). Private condos only. Quiet entry and exit please, respect neighbors.

Sentral og lys leilighet med god takhøyde i en rolig sidegate. Soverom ut mot bakgård, stue ut mot en liten park. Leiligheten har en populær beliggenhet med kort vei til kaféer, restauranter, shopping og parker. Trikk og buss like utenfor døra. Kort vei til Karl Johan og Bogstadveien. MERK: Leiligheten er i fjerde etasje uten heis og nøkkelen hentes med EasyPick på annen adresse (åpningstider: 08-00, 09-23 på søndager). Ca 5 min å gå fra leiligheten (nærmeste mulighet for nøkkellevering).

Top floor, modern, luxury, spectacular view.

1 year old apt. 8 min walk from the Oslo S. Amazing view. Pier just outside the building and lots of great restaurants. Supermarked, pharmasi and vine store in the basement. Urban and lively, but at the same time secluded and a stone's throw from the water's edge. The best Oslo has to offer. Ongoing work with paving stones at the new apartments in front in September Combine a stay with my other apt just outside Oslo 70€,- pr nigh. Ask for offer. Parking in Sandvika 100,- pr day.

Moderne gjestesuite i separat del av enebolig bygget i 2022. . Sentral beliggenhet med busstopp 100 meter fra huset som tar deg til Oslo sentrum. Gjestesuiten er 28 kvm og leies ut til 1-2 personer. Gjestesuiten består av soverom/oppholdsrom, stort bad og eget kjøkken. Den er utstyrt med 150 cm dobbeltseng. Inkludert i leien er også TV med chromecast, håndklær, sengetøy og WiFi. Det er 100 meter til busstopp som i løpet av 20 min tar deg til Oslo sentrum. Bussen går hvert 15 min.

Welcome to Malmøya, a scenic Island in central Oslo. The nearest convenience store, Malmøya Lanthandel, is 10 min away by foot. The bus takes you from there downtown in less than 20 minutes. Malmøya is well known for it's ore foundation that gives rise to its scenic nature and surroundings. You can hike as well as bathe her throughout the year. Malmøya, and the city, is best experienced by bike or foot. We have a maid cleaning the property. You only need to throw out the trash.

Lys, trivelig og velutstyrt kjellerleilighet på idylliske Lille Tøyen. Leiligheten ligger i en enebolig, og gjestene har tilgang til stor hage. Rolig og barnevennlig. Leiligheten egner seg best for 2 voksne og 1-2 barn. Kort vei til matbutikk, kaffebar/bakeri og restauranter. Gangavstand til sjarmerende Grünerløkka og Oslo sentrum. Nær buss og T-bane.

Central studio with view and workplace

Private studio with a view, that is 20 min away on foot from central station and Opera house. It is my kids' room normally but I rent it out as a studio (private entrance, kitchenette and bathroom) when they are away. Nothing is shared with me or someone else. Just for you to know that I am paying taxes from my Airbnb income in full, as I should :)
