The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. You will stay directly on the Danube Cycle Trail in the beautiful beer culture town of Ehingen on the edge of the Swabian Alps biosphere area. The apartment is located in a lovingly restored half-timbered house from around 1500 at the entrance to the city center, below the church. Close to restaurants, bars, bakery, butcher and supermarket. Bicycles can be parked and charged. The apartment is located above the in-house upholstery shop. Welcome!
