Beautiful apartment: Quiet location, right on the Ach

The non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the top floor of a renovated former farmhouse. The apartment (30 m² living space) has a separate entrance as well as a parking space. It is equipped with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m), shower/toilet, seating area with TV, dining area with kitchenette (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with oven and pizza function). A fridge with freezer compartment is available. Dishes are cleaned by the landlord. The village center can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes.

Peace and action in the countryside. Ying and Yang, perfect!

You need peace and quiet to recharge your batteries, lots of nature right at your doorstep, but also all the possibilities to live out your urge to move, but not to have to. A short walk to the nearby forest, forays through lush, green meadows on paths that are open to you in all directions. In this spacious and quiet accommodation, where the living room extends over a beautiful terrace and presents you with the view of the mountain range already at breakfast, you will find it. Our apartment in Huglfing is located between Murnau and Weilheim in a fantastic landscape with picture-book lakes, such as Staffelsee, Starnberger See, Riegsee, Walchensee or Kochelsee, which offers you local recreation in abundance: hiking, cycling, SUP, climbing and in winter skiing or ice skating – everything the heart seeking relaxation desires

A break in the mountains

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.
