Herzlich Willkommen in Heidenheim. Ruhig in bester Wohnlage mit sehr guter Busanbindung befindet sich unsere schöne 2 Zimmerwohnung zzgl. eigenem Bad und Küche. WLAN und TV sind selbstverständlich. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort für Geschäftsreisende, Touristen oder Studenten. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine sowie Cerankochfeld und einer Grundausstattung an Küchenutensilien. Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Keine Partys. Längere Aufenthalte auf Anfrage.

Das Legoland Günzburg erreichen Sie in ca. 30 Minuten. Nach Blaubeuren (Blautopf) sind es 15 Min. mit dem Auto. Die Unikliniken Eselsberg sind in 15 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.

In Südlage, am ruhigen Orts- und Wiesenrand gelegen, mit wunderbarer Panorama-Aussicht vom Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Mit Balkon und separatem WC. Für die 5. und 6. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rand von Nattheim, nicht sehr weit weg vom Waldrand und vom Dachfenster aus, sieht man sehr schön über Nattheim. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, rustikal eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Wohnung ist in einem privaten Haus im oberen sehr großen Stockwerk, welches nur für Gäste gebraucht wird und besitzt ein sehr schönes Bad mit Regenwalddusche (Bilder folgen). Perfekt zum abschalten und die Seele baumeln lassen...

Ruhige Fewo mit eigenem Eingang und Stellplatz

Die Entfernung zum Legoland in Günzburg ist ca 25 km. Auch das Steiff Museum in Giengen ist in 20-25 Minuten zu erreichen. Nach Ulm sind es 15 km und dort hat man ganz viele Möglichkeiten sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Wer mehr in die Natur möchte kann sich die Eiszeithöhlen im Lonetal und Achtal anschauen. Ein Parkpatz ist direkt auf dem Grundstück. Im Ort hat es einen Bäcker und Metzger. Weitere Einaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca 6km.
