Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. Charming, newly built house in the countryside in a quiet area by Lake Mälaren. Distance: Sigtuna (4 km by foot/cycle path, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.

If you want to pick mushrooms, there is an entire forest to pick in Upplandsleden right by the corner. To the beach it takes 15 minutes to walk or 5 minutes by car to the famous Cairobadet. Here you can enjoy the quiet while living near E4. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Stockholm Central by car and Arlanda is about 15 minutes away.
