Cozy and independent 2-room apartment recently furnished in our house. Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

Your property is 6 minutes from Renens train station (very well served) and a 4-minute walk from bus stops as well as shops (food and others). Parking spaces – blue zone – throughout the neighborhood (image).

Lovely modern apartment with view on the Alps

Our apartment is a 5 min walk from the train station of Bussigny and a 10 min train ride to the center of Lausanne. From the apartment you can go for nice forest and country side walks. There is also a running/fitness trail in the forest nearby. Our place is 10 min car ride to the lake (lac Leman), where you can enjoy the beach, water activities and lake side paths . We would be glad to give you more tourist advice if you desire.

Nice recent and fully furnished studio of approx. 27 m2 on the lower ground floor of a beautiful detached house. Bedroom area with 160x200 bed and wardrobe, sofa bed, small open plan kitchen arranged and equipped, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, underfloor heating, blackout outdoor electric blinds. Beautiful and large wooded garden, quiet area of Chailly. No smoking for 1 or 2 people.

Entire place

The entire place is at the guest's disposal. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful location close to shops ( Coop, denner, migros, ...) restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops public transport ( metro and buses). I would like to clarify that the accommodation does not have free parking space. However, guests by vehicle can park their cars in public parking lots. Blue spots are free. You have to have a record.

Brand New Building in front of Rolex Learning Center and Library at EPFL. Great New Furniture. Superb Kitchen fully equipped. 100MB High Speed Wifi. Parking. 2 King Size beds. 3 rooms. 2 Bathrooms. 1 Bathtub. Netflix, Playstation 4. This is my home, I hope you enjoy it as much as we do while we are away. English, German, French and Spanish spoken.
