Cozy little cabin out in Eckerö in Åland's countryside. With wood-fired sauna. About 30 minutes from Mariehamn, 5 minutes from Eckerö Linjen in Berghamn, nearby is Eckerö hallen, käringsundsbyn and Gastropub Bodegan as well as a wildlife safari and bus stop. The cottage is 1 and 1/2 floors, i.e. sleeping loft, open floor plan, i.e. no bedroom doors. Final cleaning is not included in the price, which means that the cottage must be cleaned before you check out. Fur allergy sufferers are recommended to find another accommodation as pets are welcome here.

The Thinker's Lodge by the Sea

This unique "Tänkarstuga" next to the Åland Sea, closest to the Swedish side, consists of a room with a panoramic window to the west overlooking the sea. Private terrace on all four sides of the building with dining area for two people, as well as sun loungers and tables for two. Large hiking areas on the nearby peninsula with its rich bird life, make it easy to believe that you are alone in the archipelago. Shared beach and jetty as well as a separate place where you can enjoy a small fire in the fire pit and maybe grill something good.

Relax with the whole family in our summer house by the sea with access to sauna, wilderness bath, beach, outdoor kitchen and bathing jetty. The house consists of kitchen and dining area, living room, bathroom and three bedrooms. There are beds for seven people and possibly an additional cot can be arranged if needed. On the patios there are dining areas and relaxation opportunities with both a sofa and outdoor TV. Most amenities are available and the kitchen is well equipped.

From the parking lot, the beach sauna is reached via a beautiful hilly 200 m long forest path down to the sea.

Toilet and electric sauna with shower. Beach and jetties are available. Boat can be rented. We have this house and a cottage above that is sometimes rented out, in these cases the beach is shared.
