Trotula Charming Historical Seaview Reatreat

Trotula Charming House è un appartamento di pregio storico-artistico, ristrutturato e restaurato al fine di tutelare e valorizzare gli ambienti originari. Si trova in un antico Convento dell’ordine dei monaci Olivetani Benedettini riconvertito in dimora nobiliare alla fine del 1600, nel Centro Storico di Salerno tra l’antico Duomo ed il Giardino della Minerva. Sulle spesse murature sono stati scoperti e recuperati gli intonaci e gli affreschi d’epoca databili tra il XVII e XVIII secolo. Trotula Charming House è situato in un antico Convento dell’ordine dei monaci Olivetani Benedettini riconvertito in dimora nobiliare alla fine del 1600, nel Centro Storico di Salerno (all’interno della Zona a Traffico Limitato) tra l’antico Duomo ed il Giardino della Minerva. L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato e restaurato tutelandone e valorizzandone gli ambienti originari. Sulle spesse murature sono stati scoperti e recuperati gli intonaci e gli affreschi d’epoca databili tra il XVII e XVIII secolo. Gli alti soffitti a travi in legno, riportati alla luce attraverso la demolizione dei controsoffitti, tornano a nobilitare gli ambienti. La posizione privilegiata e dominante dell’edificio di prestigio storico-artistico permette di ammirare dalle ampie finestre i tetti del Centro Storico, il mare che bagna Salerno e la Costiera Amalfitana. Attraverso la realizzazione di forniture artigianali ed un’accurata selezione degli elementi di arredo in questo progetto realizzato dai fratelli Olimpia Stacchi e Giulio Stacchi dello studio Architects at Work traspare una particolare sensibilità che lega la contemporaneità degli interventi alla storicità dei luoghi, avvolgendo il visitatore in un’atmosfera dallo charm unico. All’appartamento, i cui ambienti godono tutti di una luminosa esposizione a sud, si accede attraverso il soggiorno dotato di cucina, tavolo da pranzo, ampio divano con un letto extra e due balconi. Le due camere da letto matrimoniali, con accesso diretto al soggiorno, sono entrambe dotate di bagno privato e balcone o finestra. Il centro cittadino, il centro storico e le vicine via Roma e Corso Vittorio Emanuele sono il fulcro della vita notturna salernitana con i loro bar, negozi e ristoranti e della vita storico-culturale grazie ai numerosi luoghi di interesse e musei visitabili. Dalla Trotula Charming House è possibile raggiungere facilmente la Costiera Amalfitana grazie ai continui collegamenti con autobus e traghetti. L’appartamento che sorge all’interno della Zona a Traffico Limitato del centro storico è situato in un palazzo di prestigio storico-artistico ed è a completa disposizione degli ospiti. Il palazzo non è dotato di ascensore. Trotula Charming House è facilmente raggiungibile dalla vicina Cattedrale di Salerno attraverso un caratteristico vicolo pedonale di 300mt ed è situato al secondo piano (34 gradini).
