Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). Apartment is located near the outskirts of the village in a quiet neighborhood in Kaisersbach. Summer, the apartment offers a cool retreat, but in winter a chubby warm place in front of the Swedish stove that can be fired with wood. The equipment is new and very modern and furnished with a lot of heart. The balcony faces east and invites you to have breakfast together. The afternoons can be enjoyed in full sunshine in the walk-in garden behind the house from the balcony.
