Cozy room and gallery for home office

Do you love beautiful nature for jogging and relaxing? And are you also quickly in the city? Then it's perfect for you here. My place is located in a pretty village with an old church, where even Madonna visited. All around we have fields, hills, forests with views of the mountains. We are just at the bus stop. Zurich is 25 minutes away by bus and train. I live in my apartment and it has another room for one guest. This will help you find exciting conversation partners if you need it.

Cozy room (at the top!! 48 stairs required, no elevator!) in a safe residential area in Zurich-Seebach. Public transport and shopping nearby. Ideal for concert/trade fair visitors. Citycenter (5km) can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. Within walking distance of the hall stadium and 20 minutes by public transport from the airport. The apartment doesn't have a balcony, but you can share the garden/fireplace. The bathroom and kitchen must be shared with 2 other people

This apartment has roughly 50 square meters and is split into a hallway leading straight into the living room. The living room is integrated with the dining area and followed by a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom provides a comfortable queen sized bed for 2 and the couch is ideal for a relaxed evening or afternoon. A home away from home1

I live in a 4 1/2-room apartment in a quiet (normally), clean and safe suburb of Zurich. on the second (feels like third) floor with balcony, no elevator. Easily reachable by public transportation (every 15 minutes by day and 30 minutes in the evening). Night trains on Friday and Saturday. About 30 Minutes from the main station (if you follow the instructions and already have a tricket!). About 10 minutes to walk from public transportation.

Garden apt - short trainride to Zürich, near lake

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use.

Newly renovated mini-studio w. separate entrance

Quiet and cozy room only 25 min to Zurich. The room is not big but offers plenty of amenities like a refrigerator, hot plate, flat screen, wifi and is last furnished and renovated in Jan. 2022 with a new design floor and freshly painted walls. Own bathroom and separate entrance. Only 5 min. to the bus stop. In front of the room is a lovely little place to sit in the garden.
