A break in the mountains

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Villa built in 2017 directly on Lake Starnberg on the outskirts of Seeshaupt. Short walk to the private lakeside property with jetty and boathouse. Surrounded by beautiful turn-of-the-century villas and old trees. Bright large common areas on the first floor, many small bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper floor and 2 cozy sitting windows. Ideal for two families, two stairs up to separate areas.
