Modern home with a completely separate walk-out basement suite. We can accommodate 4 people, and a 5th in a single sized cot, some pets welcome for a fee. National Park pass provided, but must be requested & returned prior to check-out. BEFORE REQUESTING TO BOOK Please fill out your guest profile. The Ugly Bunny is a 1 bedroom fully contained suite located on the lower level of our mountain home. The suite includes a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction hot plate, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The separate bedroom has a KING sized bed, the living room has a queen sized pull out and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The living room is cosy and inviting with a wood burning fireplace and upright piano.

We have adapted the laundry room to provide our guests with a convenient area to make meals. We are situated across the street from a park with a playground and tennis courts. We are close to 17th ave, downtown, Marda Loop shopping/restaurant area, transit and fairly close to the stampede grounds.
