Your family will be close to everything: city, university, forest and beach. Trøjborg is an old and cozy district, which is popular to live in. The best place in the apartment is the balcony with a view of the forest, sea and Aarhus Ø. It is usually sheltered and perfect for sunbathing. The living- and dining room are one large room, so there is plenty of space for several people to be together. On the 1st floor we have 1 junior bed, 1 bed, 2 mattresses / a playroom and a workplace with a view.

Charming Nordby home on a quaint street, featuring a beautiful enclosed garden. Just 1½ km from one of Samsø's best, sandy beaches. 2 bedrooms for up to 5 guests. Spacious dining/TV room with a grand piano, high-speed Wi-Fi, full kitchen and bathroom. Access to gym with a Schwinn system, free weights and Pilates bench on the 1st floor. Free parking in central Nordby. The whole house is exclusively yours, although the owners may work in the garden, pop into the workshop or gym once in a while.

Stort velutstyrt fritidshus på usjenert tomt nær skog og strand. Ligger ved enden av veien og derfor Ingen biltrafikk, meget egnet for barn. Vi setter stor pris på vårt hus og benytter det selv så mye vi kan. Vi er opptatt av at huset er rent og velholdt. Håper du vil hjelpe oss med dette. Prisen er ikke inkludert elektrisitet. Der er en stor parklignende have på ca. 16.000 m2., hvor man kan gå en tur, gå med hunde og børnene kan lege. Der er mange hyggekroge i haven. Børnefamilier er meget velkomne. The holiday home is located in the beautiful and popular "Øer Maritime Ferieby" 4 km from Ebeltoft, so there is not far to experiences in the old, charming town with its small fine shops and eateries. The home appears brand new and 2021 was the first year it was used for rental. The apartment is arranged over 2 floors, and with terrace areas on both sides of the home, there are good opportunities to enjoy the sun and outdoor life.
