New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Cozy and new home for the family, couple or friends in the new and popular district of Aarhus Ø. The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
