Arty, two bedroom, Edwardian terraced, ex-colliery coastal cottage in a friendly, up and coming, area with good local amenities and walking distance to the beach, Castle Eden Dene nature reserve, river and viaduct. The house features Urban art murals throughout, well equipped kitchen, 58 inch smart TV and bathroom with bath and mixer shower. Free on street parking with plenty of space. To the rear is a yarden (a gravelled yard garden) with sheltered seating area. Well behaved pets are welcome.

A spacious studio features two single beds with coordinating bedding, positioned beside a media unit displaying various DVDs. Perfect, cosy base.

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V or one of the many DVDs supplied. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham

The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

A light-filled living area features a comfortable sofa and armchair, with a wooden coffee table at its center. French doors open onto a grassy garden, while a television is neatly placed on the console. A floor lamp and wall art complement the soothing color palette.
