The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

Direkt hinter unserem Haus beginnt das Feld. Du wohnst mit uns und unseren Mietern in einem Haus. Wir teilen uns die Haustüre und das Treppenhaus, und hin und wieder hören wir uns gegenseitig auch.
