Shopping with bus stops almost right in front of the supermarket: Kaufland-Center and stop Sternplatz, Rewe City at the main train station-- it is only a few meters to the stop at Steig F, Aldi and stop Landestheater opposite

Arrive and feel comfortable in the completely renovated apartment 49 sqm in the basement (10 steps),overlooking the green, fully equipped kitchen, with dining area, for cozy cooking and eating. The sleeping area with large double bed, is divided by the wardrobe (no door)!!!separated from the living room, which offers a 140x200 sofa bed for one extra person. The bathroom captivates with a walk-in rain shower. You have your own entrance, you can park in the yard.

Ideal for trips to Tübingen or the Alb. Also perfectly equipped for longer stays, for example for commuters. If necessary, the sofa can be folded out so that a 140 × 200 bed surface is created and additional people would have space. For longer stays (>2-3 weeks) it is not suitable for 4 adults. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the village church and you can hear the church bells.

Old Transformers Tower

Our tiny house is a former transformer tower, which is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are nearby. The tower has a 32 sqm terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and floor heating.
