The Art Nouveau Villa Sana, built in 1890, is surrounded by a park-like property with lots of greenery and tall trees. On the second floor are the 4 guest rooms with a shared, spacious bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a large family, for example. If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

On request, we offer a travel bed for toddlers. The house is very centrally located in Burgau. The city center is a 10-minute walk away. Adjacent to the house is 2 playgrounds for children within 5 minutes.  The A8 can be reached within 5 minutes, Legoland Günzburg in 15 minutes, Skylinepark in 45 minutes.

A sofa bed can be requested. The apartment, newly renovated, impresses with cozy, appealing furniture. The apartment (53 sqm) is located in the basement of our house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with double bed and a separate bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room (width approx. 1.30 m; it is a bit tight for two adults, but it is sufficient for one adult and a child or for 2 children) A staircase leads to the apartment, and you can sit comfortably in the atrium and have a barbecue...

Our fully equipped apartment offers plenty of space to feel good on 100 square meters. The highlight is the terrace with lounge furniture and access to your own garden – ideal for sunbathing or playing. Suitable for up to 6 people. Quiet location, just 10 minutes from Legoland. Burgau with shops and restaurants is 2 km close. The surroundings are perfect for walks and bike rides – ideal for a relaxing and varied vacation.

Relax with the whole family at our quietly located place. A family of four will find plenty of space on 65 m². On the terrace you can spend time in fine weather and let your gaze wander over the garden, across the Brenz to the Danube. The quiet location invites you to relax. From here, excursions such as to Legoland can be started. The nearby playground offers the possibility for children to let off steam.

Perfect base for your Legoland visit and excursions to the surrounding area, centrally yet quietly located near the supermarket. I am happy to rent my 3-room apartment to families, couples, cyclists. The apartment is 72 m², a large terrace with a gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with, for example, a fully automatic coffee machine and food processor. Parking space is available in front of the house.
