Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Cozy house in a quiet and beautiful rural mountain setting in Granada. Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

This suite is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, with separate entrance. The suite is designed for your maximum comfort, with a bedroom with a 180x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a private living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette (for storing and heating food). It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

This establishment is perfect for a getaway to enjoy the nature that surrounds us by hiking and walking along its rivers, visiting the villages that surround us and getting to know their customs, culture and gastronomy. In the well-known Lecrin Valley. Our location is very close to the main access roads both to the capital of Granada, about 15-20 minutes, Sierra Nevada 40 minutes or go in the opposite direction to visit the Alpujarras or the coast in less than 30 minutes.

The Cortijo del Pino is an accommodation in an authentic 19th-century Andalusian farmhouse located in the Granada valley, three km from the city. It houses four apartments of different capacities: Atrojes, Cuadra, Tinao and Torreón, distributed in the old agricultural units of the farmhouse. The Torreón house is culminating in the building. A bright duplex with a kitchen, private terrace, and excellent views. It is located on the second floor and there is no elevator.

You'll love my place because it's the perfect place to spend a few quiet days and enjoy pleasant walks along the Mamut route. My place is good for couples, families (with children), and pets. The owners live near the farmhouse for any incidents or needs. Accommodation for a maximum of 4 people, although an additional sofa bed can be prepared. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, it is not shared and is operational from April to October

In front of the cortijo there is a small terrace for dinner or breakfast with views of the peak of the sierra Nevada. There is a fireplace, wifi and AC and washing machine. There is a swimming pool but it is shared with the owners of the house.
