Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family /1-2 kids (1 dog) We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Centrally located in the Allgäu, just 10 km from Kempten, is Wildpoldsried. Shopping and gastronomy are within walking distance. Thanks to good transport connections by car, bus and bicycle, the apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Allgäu, the land of mountains and lakes.

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located in the northern city center. It is a 5-minute walk to St. Lorenz is a 5-minute walk. There is also the beautiful weekly market twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here is also the residence of the former monastery and today's court with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten city center also begins with its pedestrian zone and the shopping metropolis of the Allgäu.

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, as well as a double bed. There is plenty of room for an extra bed for a child.
