Stone house, jacuzzi, center, 200m from the beach

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. This is newly built house slightly outside city of Drnis, surrounded by pine forest. House is located in quiet and private area. It includes private parking area.Inside the yard is a 34m square swimming pool,exclusively for the guests of the house, with an arranged area for sunbathing. Also, guests can use two private tennis courts. Additionally, our guests can relax in outside area that includes concrete barbeque area. House is located 15km from Krka Waterfalls and 30km from city of Sibenik.

Remote holiday home directly by the sea!

Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!
