Zu vermieten ist ein schönes, helles Loft in einem Mehrfamilienhaus am Rande von Dresden im ruhigen Ortsteil Dölzschen. Das Loft besteht aus einer offenen Wohnküche mit Wohnzimmer, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, der Schlafbereich befindet sich über dem Wohnzimmer in der Dachspitze welchen man über eine Leiter mit Geländer erreicht. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Sofa welches man ausklappen kann und somit können im Loft 4 Personen übernachten (2 Personen im Bett im Schlafbereich und 2 Personen auf dem Schlafsofa).

Dies ist unsere kleine ruhige 2 Raum Wohnung im Herzen der Dresdner Neustadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der 3 Etage, sie besteht aus einer komplett eingerichteten Küche, Bad mit Duschwanne, Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Schlafcouch und natürlich einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Ein Reisebett und Stühlchen für Kleinkinder ist vorhanden und können gern jederzeit mit genutzt werden. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Wohnung.

Unser Haus bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Dresden braucht. Mitten im Szene-Viertel erwartet Sie ein idyllisches Haus mit ländlichem Ambiente. Ein modernes Flair mit viel Liebe zum Detail dürfen Sie erwarten. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und voll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber doch direkt am Szene-Viertel Dresdner Neustadt anliegend. Sie verfügen über das gesamte Haus sowie den Garten, in dem es sich gut entspannen lässt. Für Kinder nicht geeignet. Heike & Micha

Schöne 1 ZKB, 34 qm, Wohnraum, Küche, Balkon, Bad. Bett 1,80m Breite, Couch, die auch mal für ein Kind geht (keine Bettcouch). Ideal für 1 oder 2 Personen (plus ggf. 1 Kind). Stauraum ist genug da, um auch 4 Wochen zu bleiben, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, geräumige Dusche, Waschtrockner. Lage: Gastro: 1 Min, Beginn Terrassenufer 1,1 km, Elbe 100 m, Straßenbahn 100 m, Supermarkt 100 m. Das Apartment befindet sich im obersten Geschoss, einen Fahrstuhl haben wir leider noch nicht.

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.
