Das vollständig ausgestattete, alte Bürgerhaus im Zentrum von San Gregorio in einer Fußgängerzone wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.
