Stenhuggare Nilsson's cottage is located on a small height in the forest breeze at the beginning of the village Östra Ormsjö. The house has charm with outdoor toilet and outdoor shower, wood stove in kitchen and living room. Wood is available. Downstairs has a kitchen with dining area, fridge, stove and microwave and a living room with wood stove, sofa, table, bookshelves and armchairs. Nice views through all windows. The upstairs has two bedrooms with two beds in each room. Simpler hall with work table and a small washing alcove with a new incineration toilet. The property faces south.

Located by itself in the middle of a mountain overlooking the Ångermanälven river. In clear weather, the mountains can be seen 100 km away (Borgafjäll). Two spacious bedrooms with each a double bed and a single bed. 6 beds in total. Fully-equipped kitchen; oven + stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Toilet and shower with washing machine. Dog yard with room for 3 dogs. Pets are not allowed in the residential house. Fireplace and access to free firewood.
