La vivienda está reformada recientemente y cuenta con una cocina completa, baño, una habitación con cama de matrimonio y amplio ventanal, una habitación con dos camas individuales y otra con una cama individual, además disponemos de calefacción en los meses de invierno. Se dispone de un aparcamiento cerrado (sólo permitido un vehículo). La casa dispone de un amplio ventanal de 3m donde poder disfrutar de las vistas y la puesta de sol y está recientemente reformada, además hemos instalado calefacción central para hacer mas acogedora la estancia durante los meses de invierno desde el 1 de octubre que se activa hasta el 1 de mayo. No está permitido traer visitas continuadas durante la estancia para usar los servicios de la casa. En caso de traer algún visitante para comer etc. será necesario informar previamente al anfitrión. En ningún momento puede dejarse a los visitantes solos en la estancia sin la presencia de alguno de los huéspedes.
