Good morning ☺️ Our accommodation is a 5-minute walk from KTX Dongdaegu Station and Shinsegae Department Store~ When parking your car, you must use the parking tower or the underground parking lot that goes down by elevator.(Carnival, passenger car, large SUV, roof carrier equipped vehicles are not allowed to park) You have to operate the parking tower yourself, so please read the instructions next to the parking tower and operate it slowly. You need to watch Netflix with your personal account~ At our accommodation, meat and fish cannot be grilled, so frying pans are not provided. (In case of violation, the next day's guest cancellation fee) occurs! Pots and other cooking utensils are all ready for you. Our accommodation is not a place for parties. It is possible to have a good time with a little refreshment and drinking, but please refrain from causing harm to nearby residents by drinking until late at night. Please note that smoking is prohibited in the property and a penalty of 100,000 KRW will be incurred if you smoke (guest cancellation fee will be incurred the next day)

(In case of violation, the guest's cancellation fee the next day) is incurred! All pots and other cooking utensils are prepared ~ My place is not a party area. It is possible to have a good time with a little refreshments and drinking, but please refrain from damaging the surrounding residents while drinking until late in the evening. It is non-smoking in the accommodation, and there is a penalty of 100,000 KRW for smoking, so please understand this (guest cancellation fee will be incurred the next day).
