The over a hundred year old holiday home "Sonnenwinkel" in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is at the end of a private road. The lake with good bathing facilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes of walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Nestled between shady forests and expansive dirt roads, you will find with my apartment a place where modern comfort meets the originality of country life. The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but fully equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, and families.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

A serene bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with soft linens and decorative pillows. A sculptural light fixture hangs above, and natural light enters through a large window dressed with sheer curtains. A flat-screen TV and a lamp are positioned nearby, enhancing the room's functionality.

Lovingly furnished and completely modernized apartment directly below Augsburg's Maximlianstrasse in the historic center of Augsburg. Many restaurants, bars, shopping arcades and theaters within walking distance in a few minutes. The Augsburger Puppenkiste is also only a few hundred meters away. The historic old town, the Fuggerei and Augsburg's pedestrian zone around the town hall can also be explored on foot from there.

In the beautiful Kesseltal, nature lovers will find a beautiful place to relax. The vacation home is 100 meters next to our farm and is surrounded by fruit trees. The small renovated house is connected to a greenhouse (conservatory). Chickens, sheep, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, geese, ponies, dogs, quails, cats, cows, our bull and the calves are on our farm. Our children will take you on a small farm tour if you want.

The exterior of the modern building is highlighted, showcasing large glass windows that provide a panoramic view of the surrounding greenery. A wooden deck with comfortable seating is visible, complemented by potted plants enhancing the outdoor space.
