Spacious two-room apartment (54m²) with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. In summer cozy courtyard (sun/shade), 250m to the bus stop (20 min. to Regensburg). The apartment is located at the foot of the Donaustaufer Burgberg, near the Walhalla and not far from the World Heritage Regensburg. The apartment is suitable for friends, couples, families with children, business travelers, cyclists, solo travelers... actually for everyone. We live in the same house and look forward to meeting you!

Attic studio on the Danube Cycle Path

Our attic studio on the Danube bike hiking trail with a view of Walhalla was built in 2023. It is located in one of the first sustainable buildings in Regensburg in the municipality of Tegernheim. Regensburg with its medieval center is 7 km away and can be reached by bus, car or bike. There you will find an abundance of art, culture and culinary delights. In the loft-style attic studio, you can relax in the cozy dining area, on the balcony in good weather and plan the next day.

The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Castle Schönberg in Wenzenbach

The castle from 1253 is about 15 minutes by car from Regensburg with all its historic attractions. We rent four double rooms each with a private bath and privat toilet on the first floor. Guests walk on original 17th century pine boards. There is one kitchen for guests. The hosts live on the second floor. The office is on the ground floor. There is also the opportunity for hiking. The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.
