Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

A cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed covered with soft linens and accented by a warm throw blanket. Two wall-mounted lamps provide gentle lighting, and artwork adorns the walls. A mirror visually expands the space, while a comfortable armchair adds to the inviting atmosphere.

Quiet but very close to central Munich, this apartment is on the top two floors of a historic listed German villa in Stockdorf just 20 mins outside Munich.
