Quiet apartment, parking, double beds - separately

The apartment is at the quiet end of the housing estate and has its own parking space, which you can see from the bedroom. In winter, we heat with air conditioning and that's enough. Beds 2.2 m (with slats) are together - separately, according to the wishes of the guests. There is a modern kitchen, coffee and tea. There is a shop next to the house. We don't have a TV. The apartment is designed for guests looking for rest or peace of mind to work. It is completely unsuitable for parties, nightlife, etc. noisy activities. Do not disturb the neighbors in the evening, they have small children and they get up in the morning to go to work.

The accommodation is located in a sunny, wine region of picturesque southern Moravia. It meets all expectations and is fully equipped. The house has a separate backyard with a grill and a seating area, a large garden with a trampoline and a hot tub. The place is great as a starting point for unpretentious, flat bike trails in the direction of Mušov, Pasohlávky, Pálava, the possibility of fishing right next to the house. Nearby, the sought-after Rosa Coeli monastery, the castle, the Jewish cemetery, the crosswalk to St. Antoni. 2 night minimum booking!

There is peace, seating in the yard and on the balcony, comfortable beds, parking in the fenced yard. The accommodation is great for solo travelers, business trips and families with children. Accommodation is for a maximum of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, where 1 child can sleep in the living room on the sofa.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
