Beautiful and cozy 1930s house

This beautiful, cozy and neat 1930s house contains many old elements, such as stained glass windows and sliding doors. The house is modernly furnished. The house includes a spacious sunny backyard with lots of privacy and a private driveway. The location is perfect: within 10 minutes cycling in the cozy center of Doetinchem, within a few minutes walking in the nature reserve De Zumpert and within 5 minutes driving on the A12. In addition, very centrally located in the beautiful rural area of De Achterhoek.

In the heart of the Achterhoek, between Doetinchem and Gaanderen, lies the Maalderij. Rarely have you slept so well in a factory where there is an atmosphere of the most diligent industry, which goes hand in hand with atmosphere, luxury and tranquility. Comfortable furniture, complete kitchen, large garden, separate seating areas, 3 TVs, wonderful beds, bathrooms with rain showers, bath and toilet and beautiful balcony. PLEASE NOTE: from Nov - Feb. also for 2 nights except holidays. From March min. 3 nights. We rent our luxurious cozy vacation home in the outskirts of Zelhem in the beautiful Achterhoek. The perfect place to relax and unwind! We guarantee you a lot of privacy. The home has floor heating, air conditioning, electrically adjustable bed bases. In short; everything that suits vacation. Poor walking? Not a problem at all. There is a bed closet on the ground floor.
